    Myself Shalini,a loyal customer of Sangeetha Mobiles since 2000.However I shifted my loyalty towards Univercell from yesterday and will remain the same.
    I wanted to let u all know why i changed my loyalty.I had purchased a Nokia mobile in Sangeetha 3 months ago.The price I pad was around Rs 4000.I wanted to exchange the brand new Samsung for a better phone since I was planning to purchase a kind of Sony Ericson’s series.
    I went to Sangeetha Mobiles Uttarahalli on Oct 1 2010.I inquired all the models in Sony Ericson’s .I zeroed out the new Sony Xperia model.I told d guy that I will exchange my Samsung phone for this phone.The sales guy went to the cashier / manager and discussed the price.To my shock , he told me that he will take the phone for a mere Rs 1000/- Mind it the phone was just purchased 3 months ago at the same Sangeetha showroom.
    I was totally disappointed and asked the sales man to just give my phone back.I told him that its the same phone whih I bought from u guys and ur asking a price which is not even a reasonable price.
    “The guys were just laughing at my pain” .
    Later the evening I called Univercell and went to the shop . They were very co operative .They offered me a good price of Rs 2450/-. Just imagine buying a mobile for Rs 4000 and selling for Rs 1000.-

    Donot ever dare to buy mobiles and any accessories from Sangeetha. No service, very bad behaviour to customerss and donot listen to anything. Its my gentle advice and warnig too to not buy from Sangeetha. got from Sangeetha in OMR road infront of Delhi Dhaba or nearer to 3i Infotech in chennai. So go to sangeetha shop at ur own risk…
