    With regard to purchase of new Nokia E61i, enquired ur customer care and one who guided me Mr.Karthik, and went to your main show room at G N Chetty Road today, after i reached and one of the counter sale person made me to wait for a long time and finally the answer was “no stock” This is how you treat all your customers is it ? ? !!

    We bought a sony ericssion W350 for my son on 10.8.08 from the kodabakkam branch. We have bought more than7 hand set from the branch.
    The employee of the branch put memorycard in the hand set but the set ignore it. and the samesay the set is not under working conditions. they said we solve the repair through service centre. within one day, we demand that we replace the hand set,because the shop manager not take proper care to check the hand set before delivery.
    Even we try to contact the General Manager of the company mobile No.9884450000 the above no always busy.
    Even we also try contact the owner of the company, but it is not possible.
    Within two days we need a proper answer from you otherwise we go through the legal action.

    Hi, First of all let me tell you that your customer service is absolutely substandard. Shall describe you the reasons:
    During Jan 2009 I bought a new Blackberry Curve 8320 costing Rs.23300/- very next day I wanted to exchange it with a
    Blackberry Bold 9000 and spoke to one Jagan in your Kellys brach. To my shock he offered me Rs.10000.
    Is it justice? Then I dropped the plan and after a month I gave it somebody and purchased a brand new BOLD from the same wavetel shop costing Rs.36300/-.
    For your information I was not even made to sit as a customer and only one piece was available in the shop. After 15 days I noticed some defect in the display
    When I took it to the same shop nobody was there to attend my problem, everyone was busy attending new customer. Is this your customer care? Then I revealed that I am working
    In a law enforcement agency, one guy directed me to go to Gemini Wavetel and referred one Raghu there. There also I got a bitter experience. Raghu was so rude and least bothered about a customer.
    My problem is not solved yet. My request to the management is these people should be given proper training about dealing with customer. They should give proper respect the hard earned money of the customer. They should not irritate the customersm
    Hope the management will consider my request.
