Vasavi Mobiles is example for HORRIBLE service. The velachery branch owner is too RUDE to the customer. After sales service really SUCKS. They always sell used phones in a new pack!!

If you ask for a unopen box they will sell the opened item as new one. Had a very bad experience with Vasavi Mobiles.I have asked for unopen box item and they gave me a used one. Don’t buy any items in Vasavi Mobiles.

I am also got the same experience in Vasavi. Defintely they are cheating us, they are selling the used mobiles with the new pack. Do not buy there and convey this information to your friends.

Yes guys. There are cheating us in many ways. In the paper ads there are puting price and while buying there are adding some more junk charges in the bill and increasing the price.
Salespersons are real Liers in Vasavi. Even without having the required stock, they promised to deliver the mobile after getting an advance amount. When I contacted them twice at a gap of 12.00 Hrs, they are telling that they dont have stock. Salesperson returned the money even without a sorry and the way he gave back the money seemed as though he is giving it to his enemy. Real cheats. Customer service person is so rude, that he is arguing supporting his salesteam
who does not know the ABCD of customer and Customer Service.
Vasavi Mobiles shop is the best example for how not behave with a customer. I bought a mobile one month back which was down to hell within 30 days when i returned back to the shop they said u would have used in wrong way when i asked how can a mobile can be dead with in a month they said in a very rude manner we don’t assure for that i cant come and sit with u watch how u r using this mobile. So guys pls don’t buy any product from them.
